Maintenance Agreements
While we carry extensive
warranties which will provide you with a trouble free Lighting
System, maintenance may be required over time.
Our Annual Maintenance Agreement ensures a smooth
running lighting system. An Invista Lighting Specialist will visit
your installation twice a year. Once in the Spring and once in
the Fall. Items addressed in a contract maintenance visit include:
- All fixture bulbs are verified to be in
working order and replaced if necessary.
- Cleaning lenses, repairing, straightening,
and adjusting fixtures.
- Making minor adjustments to fixtures if
foliage growth has obstructed light path.
- Trimming and minor pruning around fixtures.
- Adjusting timing clocks.
- Verifying transformer operation to original
settings to ensure proper system operation.
- Checking wire runs
for shorts or malfunction due to animals or accidental abrasion
from lawn care equipment.
